I got the Target Exclusive a while back, I was crazy when this came out and I visited Target every week until I found one, and only one on the shelf. The HISS Tank is a rerelease of the original vehicle. Except none of that building, which I really would've liked. I'm a sucker for things that I assemble. The Tank body is a dark blue, the treads are black as well as the turret/ gun/ cannons. The only thing that is pure vintage is the sticker applications. When in the box one half of the vehicle is already stickered. It's a pain in the ass to make the stickers even. Still it's a good homage. The turret and elevate up or down and can do a 360 turn, the treads have wheels that allow it to roll. The cockpit shield has a tint and can open.
The HISS Tank is the figure and the driver is the accessory? Or the other way around? Well Packed in with the HISS Tank is a the HISS Driver. He's a standard Cobra Trooper just repainted and stripped of any weapons. He'll give you the death stare but that's about it. The shirt is a light grey, his pants is black with grey camo designs. The boots, gloves, suspender belt, helmet, and mask are black too. His helmet has a grey crest in the middle. His suspender belt has some silver clasps and buckle, the clips on the shirt collar is silver too. It's removable as well as the helmet. The helmet is made from softer plastic than other troopers, it's flimsy and it looks a bit bigger. To get the bugger in I usually bend his feet and push him in. Sometimes his legs are a bit long and he can't actually sit, he's more hovering above the seat.
This is a great vehicle and a nice paint job for the figure, it was only $10. So if the figure was $5 or $6 without his weapons, the tank must be $4 or $5, so it's a great deal. The other versions that are coming out are in all black or red. Different drivers too... if you can get one for cheap then get it, but don't buy it above $20 or even $15. DTM out...
