GI Joe Round Up

I have no idea what I got, or if I mentioned it from previous post. I'm not updating as much and too lazy to hit the back button to check. Though I did get the Trouble Bubble and the GI Joe Motorcycle Two-Pack. Not sure if I reviewed that...Then this Giant-ass Walmart Supercenter opened near me. I mean it's big, who ever saw Walmart with a grocery store in it (please, I know many have, but this is my first time, I know it's sad...)? Well they were packing there. I got the IG and IG Destro comic pack. Plus it seems they are really stocked up and they had the new wave of the rereleases. So I picked up Snake Eyes when I saw him, last one too. I feel bad I didn't get him when he was first released...

Oh well...Well back on track, the Vehicle Two Pack is nice. It's Cpl. Breaker I believe with a motorcycle, yep, it's boring the way I put it. He comes with a side gatling gun, that attaches to the right side of the vehicle. On both sides he has two removable and opening storage cases. One is already stocked with a pistol. He has some sturdy issues. His tail piped are a bit loose if it's just picked at. No prob just a nit pick. The figure itself is Snake Eyes' Torso, waist, and lower legs, Duke's arms, and thighs, and the Cpl. Breaker head which is HUGE! I bet one headbutt by him and you'd be knocked out. He comes with Snake Eyes Webgear with the pistol included and the giant helmet for his noggin'. He didn't come with the featured radio head set or backpack, but I guess that's ok with all the features.

The Trouble Bubble, or Cobra Flight Pod if you must, is nice. It has a opening dome and flip down controls. It has missiles on the side that are removable. Nothing much about it, just a good vehicle. It comes with a Tele- Viper. It's made from the Cobra Viper stripped to it's base. The new stuff is the head and I believe the vest is new. Unlike Viper's hands, it's suitable for controlling the Bubble. My only complaint is he didn't come with the mine. It'd be a nice accessory since he doesn't come with one (I don't count the Bubble as an accessory).

Stickers- pain in the ass. You know how they put half the stickers on? Well watch out for that. Some are uneven, some are sloppy. It's hard to compare when stores put one case out per shelf, I think. Atleast that's the way I see it. The only thing to watch out for is the uneven Cobra Symbol on the Trouble Bubble. It may not be centered correctly. The sticker should atleast have cuts to fit the roundness of the bubble. The missile stickers either stick or not. One missile sticker didn't stick, just coat the sticker back with superglue and hold it tight until it sticks, it won't be fast either. I held it for atleast 10 minutes.

Nice set none the less. This set is mostly communication soldiers, and the vehicles are nice. I can't really think about anything else to say. The vehicles are made for other figures that have a thin "groin" section. Early version had "panties" while later releases have "thongs", you get the idea... Well it's a great set none the less. Go get it, but make sure of the flaws I told you about. DTM outz...
